X Gaming Festival with the Participation of the IPN New Technology Division
On November 8, a local gaming event took place in Spytkowice. It might have seemed that such a small event would not attract a large audience. However, it turned out to be organized with great flair and offered a wide range of attractions for both younger and older visitors. One of these attractions was the New Technologies Zone. The festival was visited by around 500 people.
X Gaming Festival – A Small Event with Big Attractions
Every gamer could find something for themselves. The event featured e-sports tournaments, retro game showcases, video game and board game demonstrations, and even space for cosplayers. All of this took place in Spytkowice at the X Gaming Festival.
Zones Full of Excitement
For fans of fierce competition, e-sports tournaments were organized in Fortnite, EA Sports FC 25, Counter-Strike 2, and Deluxe Ski Jump. The e-sports zone was filled with competition, shouts of joy, and tension. For those who enjoy nostalgic returns to classic titles, a retro zone was created, where iconic consoles, Commodore 64 and Atari computers, and cult games—ones many players spent dozens of hours on—came back to life.
Further on, a tabletop gaming zone was set up. Here it was quieter—fewer explosions and more storytelling and logical challenges. Card games, board games, logic games, and even darts—all found a place and plenty of fans who filled this zone throughout the entire day.
For visitors who like to bring something home from events, an art and marketplace zone was prepared. Fantasy-inspired crafts, gadgets, retro and modern electronics—there was something for everyone. Special guests also appeared, happily signing their works.
The IPN New Technologies Zone at X Gaming Festival
We’ve been to PAX in the United States and PGA in Poznań. And we also came to the X Gaming Festival in Spytkowice. It was professional, gaming-focused, and crowded.
We were visited by both the youngest attendees and older guests. We showcased our entire gaming portfolio, giving everyone the chance to try all available titles. There were also VR sets, which quickly gathered an impressive line of eager participants.
It is truly a joy to host visitors in our zone—we are always happy to chat, give hints on how to navigate various stages, and show how to make the most of immersive historical education.
Thank you to all guests of the IPN New Technologies Zone at the X Gaming Festival—and see you next time!
