The Office of New Technologies of the Institute of National Remembrance triumphs at the PAX WEST in Seattle!

The past few days brought a great success for the Office of New Technologies of the Institute of National Remembrance at the PAX WEST fair organised in Seattle, United States! From 1 to 4 September 2023, our stand attracted crowds of game enthusiasts who had the opportunity to experience the amazing world of the premiere game “Warsaw Rising: City of Heroes” and a unique project: “Cyphers Game”.

“Warsaw Rising: City of Heroes” wins the hearts of players

The gaming project “Warsaw Rising: City of Heroes” turned out to be a real hit of the fair. Players had the opportunity to travel in time and cross the threshold of Warsaw occupied by German troops. Game lovers were delighted with the realism and attention to historical details. Discovering the past in an interactive way not only provided great joy, but also broadened the knowledge about the Warsaw Uprising.

“Cyphers Game” – fun and intellectual challenge

“Cyphers Game” turned out to be no less popular. The stand attracted crowds of players who wanted to solve the puzzles and ciphers hidden in this unique game about the events of the Polish-Soviet war. Not only puzzle enthusiasts were delighted, but also those who discovered that gaming can also be a unique tool useful for modern history teaching.

PAX WEST in Seattle is undoubtedly one of the most important events in the gaming industry in the world. The meeting with enthusiasts, creators and experts was not only an opportunity for us to present our projects, but also a chance to gain new inspiration and experience. The enthusiasm and positive reactions of visitors multiplied our passion for creating games and discovering historical secrets.

PAX WEST in Seattle was not only a unique opportunity for the Office of New Technologies of the Institute of National Remembrance to present its games, but also an unforgettable experience. We are pleased with the engagement of visitors, and seeing how our projects interest, entertain and inspire others, we feel motivated to continue working on further projects.
