The final presentation of the “Cyphers Game” in Głogów
The mobile showroom of the “Cyphers Game” – inaugurated on 14-16 September 2022 at the Polish Parliament in Warsaw – after visiting 18 towns and cities, had its last scheduled stop on 28 October at Głogów Market Square. Many visitors arrived between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., including a record 95 students from the local Bolesław III Wrymouth Secondary School No. 1. Mr Piotr Ruciński from the Branch National Education Office in Wrocław provided substantive support. The Branch National Education Office in Wrocław prepared a separate stand with educational materials. An additional attraction was the stand of the Lower Silesian Brigade of Territorial Defence, which showed the military operating nearby. The Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) partners included the Głogów municipality and the local Museum of Archaeology and History.
Głogów Market Square hosted, among others: Director of the IPN Branch in Wrocław Paweł Rozdżestwieński, PhD, Mayor of Głogów Rafael Rokaszewicz, Deputy Director of the IPN New Technology Division Adrianna Paradowska and Head of the IPN Branch National Education Office in Wrocław Katarzyna Pawlak-Weiss, PhD. Media outlets, including Radio Plus, the Głogów Portal and TV master, were also present.
The promotional tour with the “Cyphers Game”, with a total of 20 stops, has formally ended. The objective has been achieved – many young people, students from schools all over Poland, have been introduced to the new educational offer and technological opportunities. We are delighted that the showroom received an enthusiastic response from students and teachers, with numerous educational establishments expressing interest in the game and establishing a partnership with the New Technology Division.
