Pińczów – the next Future History Mobile Stop station
Pińczów, formerly known as Piędziców, is a town in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. It boasts a rich history, beautiful landscapes, and historic architecture. From September 12 to September 14, Pińczów was enriched by the arrival of the Mobile “History of the Future” Station.
Future History Mobile Stop welcomed by crowds in Pińczów
The press briefing took place on the first day, September 12, led by Dr. Robert Piwko, head of the IPN Delegation in Kielce. Attendees included Adrianna Paradowska, Director of the New Technology Division, and Marcin Wojniak, the Pińczów District Governor. During the conference, the discussion focused on the role of new technologies in historical education and the importance of developing digital skills among teachers, parents, and educators.
From the very first hour, the Future History Mobile Stop was filled with guests. The largest group of visitors was school youth, many of whom visited the station multiple times—first as part of a school trip, and later independently, to participate once again in the immersive history lessons. The enthusiasm of young people in discovering Polish history continues to amaze.
The Mobile Stop isn’t leaving Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship yet
The next stop will be in Włoszczowa, a town located near Pińczów. There, the Mobile Station will stay for another three days, from September 15 to 17. Admission is free. We warmly invite you to visit!
