New Technology Division at the VIVELO Book and Media Fair

The contemporary VIVELO Book and Media Fair is not limited to a traditional book fair, but it also brings together audio books and games in one place alongside paper books. As a bonus, it hosts, among other things, live meetings with popular authors.

The VIVELO fair at PGE Narodowy National Stadium in Warsaw held on 18-21 May did not lack the zone set up by the New Technology Division of the Institute of National Remembrance. Given that the Congress of National Remembrance organised by the Institute of National Remembrance was held at the same venue last month, it can be said that the Institute is a regular visitor to the National Stadium. In the #GAMING zone, the New Technology Zone with the “Cyphers Game” and the virtual walk-through “Szybowcowa ‘87” were available to the visitors. We neighboured many other multimedia attractions The educational message was varied: virtual time travel was possible in our zone, while the enthusiasts of traditional, tangible contact with artefacts of the past could visit an exhibition of samurai armour and an exhibition of Japanese kimonos.
