Mobile Future History Stop Arrives in Sława

This is the second-to-last stop on the nationwide tour of the Mobile Future History Stop. Sława, located in the Lubusz Voivodeship, is known for its charming landscape and rich history. From September 27th to 29th, the Mobile Future History Stop is hosted here, showcasing all the projects of the New Technology Division.

The topic of the press conference was the role of education through experience. Immersive historical education using modern tools that help young people better understand reality, is engaging and motivates further learning. In addition, issues of digital exclusion and the development of digital skills for older individuals were raised.

The conference was attended by Adrianna Paradowska, Deputy Director of the New Technology Division, Tomasz Krzymiński, Director of the Sława Center for Culture and Recreation, and Marta Szczesiak-Ślusarek, Head of OBEN in Poznań.

The Mobile Future History Stop in Sława has been extremely popular from the very beginning, attracting crowds of residents of all ages. Both young people and adults have enthusiastically participated in the activities of the Mobile Stop. The innovative presentation of historical content combined with modern technologies has generated significant interest, and participants eagerly engage in discussions with educators from the Institute of National Remembrance. This demonstrates the importance of a modern approach to historical education.

Next and Final Stop: Jelenia Góra

The final stop for the Mobile Future History Stop will be in Jelenia Góra, where it will stay for three days—from September 30th to October 2nd. We warmly invite you to visit the Mobile Stop and participate in the grand finale of the nationwide tour.
